Refund policy

If you’d like a refund, products can be returned to us provided they are unopened, unused and include tags within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not apply to personalised items which are non-refundable once your order has been placed.

If you’d like to return an item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at: orders@mrsbest.co.uk 

Please send returns to the address below and we recommend using a recorded/tracked delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged whilst on their way back to us. Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage.

Upon receipt of your goods, provided they’re in their original condition, we’ll process a refund and will drop you a note to let you know we’ve processed your return.
