How long will my order take to arrive?

GREETING CARDS 

We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time by Royal Mail is:

UK:
1-2 business days


Europe & Ireland:
3-9 business days


USA & Canada 
7-10 business days, however please allow up to 28 business days for delivery before contacting us. 

Please note, tracking is not included with standard shipping.

Do you accept international orders?

Sure, we now ship worldwide, yay! Items are dispatched within 1-2 business days and sent via Royal Mail first class post. Please see below for Royal Mail's estimated delivery times once dispatched:

- Estimated delivery time for the UK: 1 - 2 business days


- Estimated delivery time for EU countries & Ireland: 3 - 9 business days


- Estimated delivery time for the Rest of the World: 7 - 10 business days

We kindly ask you allow enough time to receive your items, based on the above lead-times.

Absolutely! Each and every one of our products are proudly made in the UK and always with the environment in mind, printed on sustainable materials with non-toxic inks so you can feel good about your purchases.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We do everything to ensure that your items are well packaged to reduce the possibility of damage during transit.

In the unlikely event of an item becoming damaged, please get straight in touch with us and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement. We just request that you email us a photo showing the damage to the item.

What is your Returns Policy?

If you’d like a refund, products can be returned to us provided they are unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not apply to personalised items which are non-refundable once your order has been placed.

Upon approval of your personalised order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors such as misspelled words. If a proof is not requested, we ask that you ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If a proof was requested, by approving, you accept responsibility for the design and layout shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are unfortunately required to charge for a reprint.

If you’d like to return an item, please firstly email us at orders@mrsbest.co.uk to let us know. Please send returns to the address below and we recommend you use a recorded/tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged whilst on their way back to us.

Upon receipt of your goods, provided they’re in their original condition, we’ll process a refund and will drop you a note to let you know we’ve processed your return.

Please note we ask that you return your items in the same way they were posted out to you. We take great care with the packaging of every item and use rigid card and other materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
