Inside the card reads 'as from', 'the new address for', 'will be' and 'tel' with space to hand write the information next to the corresponding text.

The 5 cards come with white laid envelopes measuring 89 x 111mm. They are packed in a cardboard wallet with a Euro tabbed header.
